-which type of food are given? is it possible to find some ODC(old days chick) ???
-are there anyone whos makin kite trainin? Is it allowed?

yes, here in Italy we can find ODC where hens are breeding to make eggs. I'm sorry but I don't remember the exact word to explain this type of hens.
you can also give to the falcons pidgeons, chicken, ducks, quail....
